He believed then, as we do today, that a top quality product combined with professional application and service results in successful jobs and satisfied repeat customers. Our specialty today is the formulation and application of durable, economical, and attractive epoxy flooring systems.

OSHA 10 Hour Training for Occupational Safety and Health

The OSHA 10 Hour Training Program is Palma, Inc. primary way to train our workers in the basics of occupational safety and health.

Our employees are trained in to avoid, detect and  remove any job site hazard associated with their work. The OSHA 10 hour training program should be taken by companies involved in the construction industry as a primer to occupational safety and health for workers covered by OSHA 29 CFR 1926. 

Our employess receive additional training if required by OSHA standards on the specific hazards of each job or project.

Palma, Inc. procedures decree that each and every employee is entitled to a work environment that is not only safe, but also healthful. It is our policy to maintain a setting that is both safe and healthful. In keeping with this policy, Palma, Inc. has initiated its own Hazard Communication Plan.

Our written Hazard Communication Plan meets half of the requirements set up by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration Hazard Communication Standard (29 CFR 1926.59). The other half of this requirement is fulfilled by the company's commitment to implment all the practices contained in its written Hazard Communication Plan.
